Invoice and billing emails being sent to the wrong address

    Hi there,

    I've got a small issue where my invoice emails go to the email address I initially used to register my account with, and not the one it's currently registered with. I changed the email address to my work address (seeing as the company is paying for the subscription).

    All other emails (like the ones sent when logging into a new device) go to the right place; it's just the ones concerning payment and billing. Is it possible for someone on the Parallels team to correct this, or is this an issue I need to raise with Cleverbridge? If the latter, what info do I need and how do I contact them?

    Any assistance here will be greatly appreciated.
