iOS app " unable to connect to parallels access" but desktop browser works

    suddenly I am not able to login to Parallels access using my iPhone or iPad app - when starting the iOS app I get a "unable to connect to Parallels Access. There may be a problem with your device internet connection" but internet is fine and if I use browser on desktop I am able to login and see computers. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling iOS app but no success - it's happening on both iPhone and iPad so not an issue with a specific device
