Is is mandatory to purchase Extended Download for Parallels Desktop?

There is no obvious way to decline this service and the additional $6.99 USD fee when purchasing an upgrade. Can't I buy only the upgrade license I want, or am I forced to also purchase this unwanted add-on? I can make my own backup copy for a lot less than seven dollars.

 

Turns out the "X" in the untitled column knocks it out. Would be nice to see a column heading/roll over tip/explanation on screen but for us less intuitive typies clicking the X removes it from the cart.
