Ever since the update that introduced "Coherence" mode, I have not been able to run Parallels for more than an hour before it crashes.

When it crashes, Windows suddenly and completely disappears. Sometimes it tells me that Parallels closed unexpectedly, sometimes it doesnt.

Id like to simply uninstall this version of Parallels and get the pre-coherence version back. How do I do this? And can I do this without losing all of the data on my Parallels-partitioned 50gb of HD space?

    Thank you

Reinstallation with out loosing data is possible. Everything you need is to find the previous version uninstall the latest and install the previous.

But before doing that try to reninstall the parallels tools and the 3188 build.

Yes, make sure you get the current Parallels tools zapped BEFORE an un-install. Also for the un-install use the un-installer included with the installer .dmg file for the build you are using.
