Is it possible to run a Linux guest with Coldfusion server?

    I can't get Coldfusion server to run on my M1 MacBook Pro. I'm wondering if it's possible to create a Linux VM and have Coldfusion run on it? I have Apache and MariaDB running on my MacBook. Thank you for any input.
