Is there a way to make outlook open a new email when you click on an address?

I am running Windows XP, SP2, and Outlook 2002 with Parallels build 5600. Is there any way to make it so that if you click on in email address in your browser on the Mac, it opens up Outlook with a new message to that email address (which is what it would normally do if you were only running OS X or only running XP with no second OS)? Right now I have the OS X preferences set so that Outlook is my default email program. I also have Parallels set to open emails in Windows. I am currently also running a VM with Windows 2000 Server that is never logged in. When I click on an email address it switches to the VM with 2000 Server. If I quit that one it'll switch to XP and Outlook (which is always running) but it won't actually make a new email.
