I run my VM's full screen, I use Cmd+Tab to get back and forth to OSX apps, but when running multiple VM's, it's really annoying there's only one process icon representing all of Parallels (i.e. it takes you back to the last VM you focused on, then you have to work your way up to the hidden window pulldown to select another VM, or the Virtual Machines List) Would be nice if there was one process icon per VM and one for Parallels itself (so you can easily get back to launch other vm's, etc) i.e if running linux, win7 and win8, pressing Cmd+Tab would shows 4 process icons, each for Linux, Win7, Win8 and Parallels. (see attached mockup image) Is there a option for this already? Otherwise, please add!
