    Hello All,

I am new to this so please be patient...

I have recently installed Parallels 4.0 onto my Intel iMac 2.6GHz with Leopard 10.5.6 and all other updates, however when I use MSN (Live Messenger) in Windows XP SP3 it is unable to use it. Also in device manager it shows as a yellow explanation mark. I know it works in Boot Camp as i tried that previously before buying Parallels. I have tried re-installing the driver from my Mac disk to no avail, can anyone advise as to whether the iSight webcam actually works in Parallels. I have also checked the USB list in menu bar and that is ticked.

    Please help.

    Hello,

Try to remove and reinstall all USB controllers, follow these steps:

    1. Click Start, click Run, type sysdm.cpl in the Open box, and then click OK.
    2. Click the Hardware tab.
    3. Click the Device Manager button.
    4. Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
    5. Right-click every device under the Universal Serial Bus controllers node, and then click Uninstall to remove
    them one at a time.
    6. Restart the computer, and then reinstall the USB controllers.
    7. Plug in the removable USB storage device, and then test to make sure that the issue is resolved.

If the issue persists, I suggest you to follow the steps provided in the article below:
