hello, thanks for reading my post. I am running windows 10/ 32 bits to access an add-in in excel. this add-in is protected with HID UniKey. I have inserted the dongle received from my IT department. In device manager the dongle is recognized but when I open excel, i get the message "you need to connect an authorized dongle before using this tool"...

help....is welcome ....I do not want to buy and use a PC just because of that one tool....

    thanks again in advance.

Hi troneln, try connecting your USB dongle directly to Windows. Once you have Windows up and running go to Devices > External Devices and choose the USB device you would like to connect to your virtual machine. Please refer to the additional troubleshooting steps given here in this article and check if it helps.
