I have tried to submit this post twice already, Third time's the charm?

The client is running Windows 10 and 2x. They and I have both seen this pathology: the published app itself becomes unresponsive, the cursor moves to an arbitrary place in the window, and attempts to talk to it fail.

At first I thought the clients were just forgetting to put the app window in focus. It is true that sometimes focus seems to spontaneously shift away from the app. While weird and a concern, it is easy enough to click on the app again and regain focus.

What is harder to explain is when the same thing happens, and yet there is no easy way to regain focus. Sometimes maximizing then minimizing the window helps. Sometimes it doesn't and you have to X the entire app and log back in again.

I had read some issues with Windows 10 not returning focus to applications and/or wresting focus from apps arbitrarily.

I have also read about other apps being the culprit and having to ID and turn them off - bloatware apps, for example.

Before I investigate further, has anyone in the forum experienced this? This pathology manifests in different geographic regions and different client boxes, Windows 10 being the only apparent common denominator.
