Every time I log into my parallel account it asks me to activate my windows subscription via product key etc. It has since frozen my windows and I cannot access anything since 6th July. I would appreciate receiving assistance via phone. Upon sign-up it says 24/7 support via phone & online yet a number isn't available. Please help as I've paid for a subscription I am not able to use and it's become very tedious trying to rectify this issue
