Issues with license transfer

    I switched from to a new computer and I followed the step by step process to transfer license. It does not work. I still get message that license is active elsewhere even though I logged out and uninstalled parallels on old machine. What can I do?

    I have the same problem, I cannot transfer my license to my new mac mini, keeps complaining another device is using it each time I try to activate on the new machine. thanks
