My wife tried to installed Parallels on her fathers brand new 24" iMac. It went pretty well, but she was confused and... well I don't know the rest. Anyway, I am now trying to install it and even after doing an uninstall, a Maintenance, quit all running software, ... when I re-install the program it tries to start a virtual machine and then promptly gives me the multilingual "Resart you computer now" window. SO, what is not being "uninstalled"? MB
