iTunes 12.4 and Access 3.1.0 Mac and 3.1.1 iOS

It is virtually impossible for me to control iTunes through the latest version off access. It looks like every keystroke is backspace or deleted.

Selecting something does not work, because after see selecting something, The selection disappears.

I don't seem to have that problem in other programs?

I am the latest versions, but no change. Some pull down menus aren't working, also for example in MacUpdate desktop.
They work perfectly if you use something like VNC

 

I also have the latest versions and the same problem. Only with iTunes.

 

Still a problem with iTunes 12.4.2.4

Same problem with build 31296 of the Mac desktop. Latest iOS version on an iPhone 6 and iPad Pro 9.7"

 

No update? Can parallels confirm the issue?

 

Same problem using os10.0.1 and macOS 10.12 Sierra. Can't anyone at Parallels help? This seems specific to ITunes when entering search text in the Music media. Does not happen in the same search box when in Apps.
