Hi, First of all, is there a better and more confidential way to contact Parallels support? No one is answering on the support chat, the email option doesn't seem to work, and no answer on Facebook or Twitter (which I have). I've searched for a way to PM an admin here but can't seem to find it. Anyway I believe I've been charged twice for the purchase of 1 Parallels Desktop license, so help with that would be great. Thanks you
