Under El Capitan (10.11.0) Win 10 with Parallels Version 11.0.2 (31348), fully patched Win 10 Pro (clean install) worked flawlessly in Coherence mode (with or without the Windows Task bar displayed). After upgrading to yesterday's release of patches from Apple (AKA El Capitan 10.11.1), when Win 10 is in Coherence mode all open Windows menus, etc. are all blank. E.g. Start Menu is all blank but still appears responsive (if you can remember where all your items are!). Turning the Task bar on or off makes no difference. This is on an iMac 27 inch late 2009.
*Edit - After a second reboot of the Mac, Coherence now works as expected. It seems that the first boot after the update causes Parallels to have some issues. After the second reboot Parallels failed on the first start (spinning wheel then nothing - no error message - this is when Parallels is set to start on log-in). I tried starting Parallels again after it failed to open, and it started just fine and started Win 10 in Coherence mode automatically. Very strange!
