Windows 7 has been operating without problem. Now, all of a sudden, when Windows 7 starts up I am told "Your password expired and must be changed" When I go to enter my old password as a precursor to submitting new passwords, I am unable to type anything into the fields. In other words, keyboard is non responsive. I am unable to use the "paste" function in the mouse to paste the desired inputs into the Windows fields, either. Indeed, the only think I am able to do is drop the cursor into a given field. Beyond that. I can do nothing. Additionally, I might add, I've been frustrated by the help interface interface. It directed me to call in, but when I did it. it told me that my problem report ID did not render me eligible for phone support. Then when I went to submit an email request for help. it told me my problem ID was invalid, and gave me explicit instructions to secure said "problem ID" that were, apparently, completely inapplicable to my edition of Parallels (the latest edition)! I have been impressed with Parallels until now but, frankly, this experience has me reevaluating my opinion.
