Kaspersky update

    Kaspersky antivirus update is locking up Parallels - How do I cancel it?
    All I get is a dark blue screen and cannot do anything.

    I am running Parallels 11.1.2
    OSX Yosemite 10.10.5
    on a MAC Book Pro

    Hi Carol, you may reset Parallels Desktop from Action->Reset and check how it works. Thanks!
