Whenever I try to run Kaspersky update, it never completes. It will run to anywhere from 15% to 65% complete and then report that it failed to update.
Hello crabuback, If you have any other Anit-virus apart from Kaspersky then temporarily turn it off and then try to run Kaspersky update. Please email us the status of the issue.
I emailed my response as requested, but have heard nothing back. I did have AVG running. When I disable it, I still received the same results when trying to update Kaspersky database - Network timeout expired. It asked me to trace database update component and subimit to Parallels support. I do not know how to do this and when I click on the link I get nothing because I also lost use of the Internet with AVG disabled.
