keeping My Windows Laptop synced with same Windows Virtual Machine on my Personal Macbook

Hello I used Parallels Desktop for many years and I am happy with it.

I am using my company laptop as a virtual machine on my personal mac. the only thing that I want somebody to support me in regards is that how to keep my WIndows 7 virtual machine synced automatically with my original company windows Laptop. instead of cloning my company windows laptop virtual machine every week.

You mentioned that you were using company laptop as a virtual machine on my personal Mac, we need more information on how you configure your Virtual Machine, because, you can either install Windows on your Mac using a DVD/ISO image or you can migrate Windows Operating system from a Native Windows PC to mac using Parallels Desktop as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/115007 , could you please let us know how you installed Windows on Parallels, so that we can further investigate why it is syncing automatically.
