I wanted to do a little comparison between running a Parallels Desktop VM and a VMware Fusion VM as it's been my observation that Fusion uses far less of the CPU to run. However, whenever I start Parallels or Fusion while the other is running I get a kernel panic. I've tried both having Parallels running then starting Fusion and Fusion running and starting Parallels.

I realize that this isn't something most people would do, running them at the same time, adn I wouldn't have even done it if it wasn't for the snapshot I wanted of Activity Monitor showing them both running.

Not sure which product is causing this problem so I'm going to post in both forums. I was using VMware Fusion beta 4 and Parallels Desktop for Mac 3.0

If I'm reading this panic.log correctly it's Parallels Desktop that's acting up, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
