I had, some time back, switched away from Parallels (during v.5) and went to VMWare. Then, after 6, came back - apparently forgetting why I had left - only to experience the same issue: regular Kernel Panics. So far, I haven't found any help to diagnose what may happening and was just now able to pull the log (just had a Panic). So, if anyone can help, I would appreciate it. I've pasted the log below.
