It appears from several posts that the kbdmngr.exe file is a culprit in slowing down Boot Camp under Parallels as well as NOT allowing installation of Parallel Tools and NOT allowing Shutdown.

Since this files is not needed when running Boot Camp under Parallels is there a way of AUTOmatically killing this porcess in the Parallels profile.

Sure you can use Task Manager or whatever to kill it each time, but is their a "script" or something else that can permenantly remove this when using the Parallels profile.

Since it is required when booting directly into Boot Camp, deletion does not appear to be an option!

    TIA
