Hello, I have just upgraded Parallels Desktop 10. In Windows XP VM, when I use remote desktop to connect to another computer and being asked for typing username and password, I found that my first alphabetic character I typed won't become capital letter even I already hold shift key. The letters after the first one will become capital. I didn't face this issue when using Parallels Desktop 8. Any idea??

I have the same issue. Searching old forums shows that this problem has existed in many earlier versions, at least as far back as 6. However, the solution given for 6 doesn't work for 10' I can't find the "optimize for games" setting. Searching the knowledge base uncovered the solution, and it works!
View Kb.parallels.com/en/116994 to see how to set the keyboard configuration

I had the same issue. The original post described the behavior clearly and thanks to puckstopper53 for hunting down the solution. Problem fixed.
