I am running 3170 RC3 with XP SP2 (all current updates).

A program that I need to use "Apex IV" works normal as it does on a Windows PC except for the <delete> key. The program is for drawing blueprints/floorplans and without the <delete> key it is a zero mistakes or start over proposition. <delete> works fine in notepad and my other program that ties with Apex IV, just not in Apex IV.

I am on a 2.16 MacBook Pro. I am just using the built in keyboard.

MacBooks don't have a "Delete" key (as in how Windows refers to it). On a Windows machine, the Delete key is different than the back space key. I believe if you press fn+delete on your Macbook keyboard, it will create a Windows "delete" key. At least this is how you get a "back delete" key on a MacBook, and in my experience, it works in Windows as well. Try it and see if it fixed your trouble.

    Thanks, that worked. <fn> + <delete> works as a real <delete> key.
