Keyboard Lost in OSX when Eject Key in Win7, and Spaces hangs

When I use the CD Eject Key in Windows a couple of weird things happen:

1) I cannot get the drive to close using Eject Key (pushing it a second time like normal).
2) My keyboard in the MAC OS doesn't work any longer, it doesn't see the keyboard.
3) My Spaces window floats on the screen, like it is hung up.

My Setup:
Mac Pro - OSX 10.6.6
Parallels 6 - Latest Build
Windows 7 Virtual Machine

I use Spaces (6 of them), Space 6 I run Windows 7 VM in full screen mode.

I can recreate this problem at will. If in Win7 VM I hit CD Eject Key the symptoms return.

Anyone else have this problem?
