I just downloaded Parallels 4.0 and now my keyboard and mouse are having problems in Microsoft office and internet explorer. When I type nothing shows up and my mouse is unable to access any open windows after I open them in the tray. I have installed and reinstalled parallels tools multiple times and have been unable to discover a solution. This is having a huge effect on my work because I cannot use reply to messages I receive in Outlook, create new word documents, and work on my Excel spreadsheets..... Help!!!!!
