Large black box persistent in upper left corner of iMac after using Parallels Access

    After using Parallels Access from my iPad, I return to the iMac and find a large black box the size of the iMac's "screen" on the iPad. I've tried adjusting the screen resolution on the iMac, setting a different background, etc., but the only thing that works to remove the black box is a reboot of the iMac, which is quite inconvenient.

    How can I keep this black box from appearing on the iMac screen after using Parallels Access from my iPad?

    (Tried contacting Parallels support via email, but the support request page was completely blank. Is Parallels no longer offering email support?)
