Latest parallels update causing issues

Hi,
I just installed the latest update of Parallels, now when I open Microsoft Office it opens it up in a Windows, Window, and not directly in my Mac OS.
It also won't let me copy/paste items across from Mac to Windows which is a real pain.
Does anyone know how I can fit this?

You could switch to the Coherence view mode, start the Windows Virtual Machine. Choose View->Enter Coherence from Mac menu bar. To set up the start up view mode, please refer to this article.
