The latest update won't install. I think it's because I clicked 'yes' to update then shut down the macbook before it had a chance to download the entire update. It probably now has a corrupted or part-downloaded update file somewhere. Each time I start Parallels it asks if I want to update, and crashes when I click 'yes'. The only way to start Parallels is to click 'skip this version'. Can you help ?
