Leopard and 4128

Hi,
I just bought Parallels from the Italian Apple Online Store (DVD Version). It is build 4128. After installing and starting the program it immediately crashes with an error on my Lopard 10.5.1. I downloaded the current version but my Activation key does not work. Do I need to purchase the software again?
