Licence de-activation not possible

Hi,

My old Mac has died, complete with it's activation code, so I can't deactivate it.
Any idea how can I use my existing activation code on my new install?

Hey, did you remember your email, which you used to registered Parallels Desktop key?
If yes, please provide us with it in private message and we will resend you a key.

Sure.
I have the original email with the activation keys. There were 5 purchased - mine is one of them! :S
How much disruption would it cause to the other people? Would it just be a case of them re-entering their keys?
