I purchased a licence for your software on 27 August 2024 (invoice attached). Until today I was able to use the software without any problems, but now I was unexpectedly denied access and the program requires a licence key.
I have tried to view the key in my Parallels account but could not find it there.
I urgently request your assistance so that I can regain access to the software as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your help.
