I have a new MacBook. I have had the same license since 2017. When I try to use my license on my new Macbook say it's associate with another account. I have had a support ticket open for days now with no reply. The support ticket is 3126895. I have provided my license key and multiple invoice numbers in the support ticket going back to 2017. Can you guys get your crap together and actually help people?
