Hello: Please help. Currently use Parallels at my workplace at Northwestern University. My subscription required renewal. With renewal which was purchase by our division administrative assistant through Northwestern a new license activation key was generated. When I try and use it it tells me my device limit has been reached. When I go to my account page to try and manage the devices and keys associated with my account, I do not see the key. When I try and register the new key with my account, it tells me that the key is already associated with another account. Our current IT cannot help as this was just a transaction made through our purchasing department and there is no university systems administrator personnel associated with the purchase. May I please have help? I can provide any information needed including the old and new keys.
