License key is blacklisted for no reason!

    I have purchased the parallel business edition and made the payment successfully using email 'hao@youland.com'. I got the license key and it worked for a week or so but when I tried to login to view my subscription the website wanted me to reenter the license key and told me the key is blacklisted. What happened?

    Hello, we have removed your email address from the public forum for security purposes. As per checking your license, we can see on your first transaction, you got chargeback on 5/11/2022 but you have a successful payment on 4/26/2022.Please create a support ticket by following this KB article so that we can check this internally.
