My old Macbook died on me and I have a replacement. Unfortunately whenever I try to install Parallels it tells me I've reached my license limit. So I need to know how I can unregister the installation I had so I can install it on the new mac, all without having access to the old installation because it's gone.
Really appreciate any help anyone can give.

Hello AricW, we have made some changes to your license key. Please quit Parallels Desktop now. Then, open Terminal (Finder > Go > Utilities > Terminal). Inside the Terminal window, enter the command 'prlsrvctl activate-license-online' (without the quotes) and hit 'Return'. Wait till the operation completes. Then, close Terminal and re-attempt the activation. Thanks!
