    Despite my subscription being active for the past two years, I have noticed that my license number is not displayed in my account. As a result, I am unable to use Parallels Toolbox due to the missing license, which prevents me from fully utilizing the product.

    However, I have continued to be charged the subscription fee from my account without being able to access the service. This situation is quite frustrating, and I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
