Hi, I've upgraded to a new M1 Mac and followed the KB and installed Parallels on my new machine and it was all working fine. After an issue with iCloud drive sync, I had to delete my user profile and recreate it, however now trying to reactivate Parallels it says I have reached my activation limit and I have to buy it again. Is there no way I can remove the previous activation from the deleted user profile from the same computer?
