Well the application server and loadbalancer are similar, but much easier to configure and maintain. (installing & deploy apps will take you less then 5 min ) 2X also has Thin Client server, where it can boot/manage "any" thin client or Old PC with a 2X ThinClient OS and through it you can publish RDP, 2X Published apps ICA & NX Connections. Hi nixu... As for ICA & NX, is 2X app server able to publish apps via ICA or NX protocol without installing CPS or NX server?
The thin client OS is able to connect with RDP ICA and NX. The 2X Application server publishes apps over RDP Only. For ICA & NX you need to install their respective servers Nixu
