Apple's MacBook battery optimization is a great feature for conserving battery life and extending it by many more months. The issue at this point is that it's just an algorithm and not manually adjustable. If the laptop is plugged in for about a week or more, then the battery optimization kicks in and drops the battery charge to 80%. The problem however, is when MacBook is rebooted, power is temporary disconnected (by accident or just moving the plug), the algorithm's timer goes back to Zero, MacBook charging goes back to 100% and you have to wait a week for it to kick back in and drop back to 80%. This happens often when MacBook receives a new macOS update (.01, .1, .2, etc.) and needs to be rebooted. Since Parallel Tools are always active, having this feature adds a great value to the tool. A slider to move the charging from 80%-100% or anything in between would be great.
