Link accounts and cancel subscription

Hi, I first downloaded Parallel tools in 2023 for my Macbook air, as it was hardly coping.

In mid 2025 I got a new laptop. When I got my new laptop, I tried to log into my Parallel tools account by using my gmail. This created a second account.

I now cannot access my first account that has actual access to my subscriptions, as my email, which i used to create the account and buy the product, is now tied to an account that did not purchase anything.

When clicking on the link you sent me to edit my subscription for auto-renewal, all I can do is update my card number, I cannot anywhere actually access that account and cancel my subscription. I no longer need parallel tools as my laptop isn't about to die.

How do I 1) link my accounts?
and 2) cancel my subscription?
