running the appclient with ./appserverclient -s192.168.0.122 -uxxxx -pxxxx -aie7 The login screen spans both monitors then the app starts on the main monitor but is sized for both monitors so I cant see the other half of it. I've tried setting the -w and -h options but setting a specific width or height or setting them to 0 or a negative value does not change the behavior. The AppServer is running on WinXp client is on Debian.
I have the same problem, what I did was add -w0 -h0(do not know if this did anything)then right clicked on application on taskbar. I minimized it then maxamized it and I could see the whole window. Then I manualy resized it. Close the application by the X and hold down shift or ctrl I forget, it will then be that same size next time you open it. hope that helps.
After much cursing at the inability to specify the dimensions in Windows on the command line for Internet Explorers I grabbed the web developer addon that let you resize the window, after that it remembers it's position. Of course this was a crappy workaround for IE but isn't going to help for any of the other apps I might need to run.
Same issue here except that the app resizes correctly but since the session starts with an enormous width geometry the color depth drops to 8 bit and looks like crap. Has anyone had any luck getting the the 2x server to honor the -w and -h switches?
