Prior to the this upgarde my Linux and Window VMs' folders were in the Apple Dock. When I did the update they disappeared. The only VMs folders that I could put in the dock were Window VMs. The option no longer appears for my Linux VM in the Configuration menu for the VM. See below that the "applicaitons" option is available for the Window VM but not the Linus VM.
