linux. keeps. crashing.

    when i bought parallels, i found out that i can download ubuntu linux right from parallels, so i did with the intention of trying it out. problem is, i can't get it to run. the one reliable thing about ubuntu is that it reliably crashes before even getting to the desktop.

    am i doing something wrong? is that linux thing screwed up?
