In Parallels Desktop 3120 for Mac, there is an option in the Preferences to "Show live screen shot in Dock". But while this works for the Parallels application icon, it does not work for guest OS windows that are minimized. When this option is enabled and you minimize a guest OS window, the minimized window only shows a static display which does not update.
