LOAD 2 APPS EITHER CONCURRENTLY OR IN ORDER ON SAME SERVER

Newbie Question for anyone:

Is there a way to load either two exe files at the same time , or , insure that they load from the same server? Here is the senerio:

Large exe file has to complete loading before second icon can be clicked to start the second exe to load. Both are seperate programs, and need to run from the same server. Two TS servers, load balanced, and what is happening is due to delay in completion of first load, second program loads from a second ts server. Either a second user can create this or just a single user. The issue is data is passed between two programs, such as name and address updates, etc. Both need to run on the same server.

Short of either loading a quick program on the front end to lock the server selection down, then loading the two programs I could not think of a way to handle.

I want to retain load balancing on servers, but want the balancer to see to two programs as needing to run on the same server. I don't want to lock into a single server for running the apps and prefer to allow the farm to make the choice.

Any thoughts??
