    Hi,

i-m about to deliver pre-configured 2x-clients to my customers. They will be installed by the administrator on the pc-s.
The manual is quite confusing regarding all these settings/options, i have no clue which of these can be used on the msi-commandline, which can only be used in a settings file, what the default values for the options are ...
Anyway, i-ve prepared the silent installation and included a 2xSettings.2xc file with all needed settings.
After Installation most of the settings are applied (connection exists, some printer settings are set and so on), some are missing (DOMAIN for example stays empty). Another one that doesn-t get set is "DISABLEOPTIONS". It-s sure set to "1" in the 2xc-file so i was expecting the client to be locked afterwards and the user can-t change much. Isn-t that what this option is for? Or is there any other chance to lock the client completely/partitially (at least the connection settings)?

    Thx
    Dirk

I suggest you use the client policies from the main console to push the settings to the client and lock down the client.
As for the manual please check the VDS manual for the latest client information.

If you need more information just drop a line here and will be glad to help you
