Locking location of Windows 7 desktop icons in Parallels

    I am currently using Parallels 5 with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 and every time I run the Windows OS through Parallels my desktop icons are rearranged and not in the same location I last left them. Any way to fix this so the icons remain locked in the same position?
