Login error - urgent

Hi,

we have a VPN between different offices and 2X installed in different places.
I'm having a "timeout" (I believe) when logging to specific places from specific places. For example, from my office in Iceland I can login to UK 2X application server with no problem. When I try to the Oslo Office, I get error saying 2X connection could not be found. If I look at the server log, I see the login there, but it takes probably longer that required. Here are the log entries. This really is urgent. I'm using client 7.3 (build 768) and server 6.2 (build 528). I've renamed private information (user and domain names)

to test the connection kindly connect with mstsc to 2x application server over 2x client default port (EX: in ms-rdp client connect with ip X.X,X.X:80 if2x client is connection via default port)also make sure you're using ip instead of host name in both 2x client and 2x application server.

connection thru rdp works perfectly with no problems whatsoever, either using IP address or host name. It only malfunctions when connecting using 2X client. Also, if I login from the client using a local domain user, works ok, only when using a login from another trusted domain from another office it then fails.
To sum up:
Login with RDP with local account works
Login with RDP with external account works
Login with 2X Client using local account works
Login with 2X client using external account fails (although logs show successfull login and partial list of allowed and filtered applications)
